Edge of Dock

Edge of dock levelers, also known as EOD, are designed to bridge the gap between the edge of the loading dock and a truck or ramp. An edge of dock leveler is ideal for warehouses and industrial applications that serve predictable, standard trailer heights. An edge of dock leveler is designed to be mounted directly to the dock face and does not require the installation of a pit. An EOD functions by raising a lip, extending the lip onto the truck, anoperationsd lowering it, bridging the gap between the dock and the truck. This application is ideal for that manage light load capacities or have limited space for drive approach.

Levelers

A traditional pit-style dock leveler is a durable solution for bridging the gap between a dock and a truck. Compared to an edge of dock leveler, a traditional leveler is mounted within a loading dock pit and operates by raising up, folding out, and connecting the dock with the trailer bed. The three main types of levelers are hydraulic, air powered, and mechanical. This style of loading dock leveler offers more customization options to fit your loading dock needs and restrictions.

Restraint

No loading dock is complete without a restraint system to prevent accidents. A dock restraint is designed to secure a truck or transport vehicle to the loading dock, ensuring the safety of those loading and unloading merchandise. Truck restraints offer an added layer of security to ensure both the trailer and merchandise within remain secure both day and night. Complete dock lock systems are available, ensuring the safety and security of each dock bay.

Doors

Warehouse loading dock doors should provide performance, dependability, safety, and security. Get the most out of your loading dock operations with the right bay doors for your application. From manual and automatic to high-speed and insulated - many choices affect efficiency, ambient warehouse temperature, and the safety of those entering and exiting the dock.
