Edge of Dock
Edge of dock levelers, also known as EOD, are designed to bridge the gap between the edge of the loading dock and a truck or ramp. An edge of dock leveler is ideal for warehouses and industrial applications that serve predictable, standard trailer heights. An edge of dock leveler is designed to be mounted directly to the dock face and does not require the installation of a pit. An EOD functions by raising a lip, extending the lip onto the truck, anoperationsd lowering it, bridging the gap between the dock and the truck.
